1.0 Payment will be 50% at the beginning and 50% after rendering.

↳ 1.3 If needs to cancel the comms, I will have a 100% refund without delivery of the edit.

2.0 Payments via Ko-fi, Stripe.
↳ 2.1 Another form of payment will be denied.

3.0 Only USD

4.0 The edit will only be made after the customer's payment, if not done, another order will go ahead.
↳ 4.1 The customer will have the right to wait 30 days to make the initial payment, after this wait and without agreed payment the comms will be canceled

5.0 Prices may change depending on the complexity of the order.

6.0 I work in phases: References / Ideas, first steps and final delivery. Depending on the complexity.

7.0 Is expected to take up to 2 months to complete a edit.
↳ 7.1 If started, It's your right as a customer to ask how it's going. But do not press to finish if a deadline was not discussed.
↳ 7.2 After 2 months and there is no completion, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.

8.0 If the customer wants their edit to be made faster, they must pay $20.

9.0 I will inform you if there are events that may delay the comms.

10.0 For confidentiality, this must be discussed with me before the project begins.

11.0 The personal information of both, mine and the client, cannot be shared or used in good or bad faith, as well as the plans that do or do not involve the order that was placed.

12.0 I must receive credits with @ included from twitter/X.
↳ 12.1 This could be in video/live descriptions or bios and profile descriptions on social media with a link to twitter/X.
↳ 12.2 All work done by Lermo must be credited in the best way possible.

13.0 I has the right to post edit on social networks, portfolios, tutorials, live streams, demonstrations, etc...

14.0 All conversations will be carried out via social media messages that are agreed between the client and me.
↳ 14.1 Any prejudice, offensive speech, disrespect and excessive discomfort will cause the service to be terminated.

15.0 Customer's request will be archived if no news is received within 2-3 months.
↳ 15.1 Customer can return for refund

16.0 I open to feedback on behavior, organization and delivery

17.0 I will communicate about the start of the comms and whether the client is still interested, if they do not respond within 1 week, maximum 2 weeks, the edit will be understood as "not interested" and will be removed from the waitlist

18.0 I speak native Portuguese and English

19.0 You do not have the right to copy and claim that you made my edit.
↳ 19.1 You may not change it or ask someone else to do it without my permission.
↳ 19.1 You cannot use it in AI, NFT and other programs for the same purpose.
↳ 19.4 You cannot ask another person to copy my work for any reason.

20.0 The client does not have the right to sell or resell the original file delivered.
↳ 20.1 They may only do so with prior notice to me and agreed-upon licenses or agreements.
